Dog parks are a great place for dogs and their owners to socialize and get some exercise. Unfortunately, some dogs and their owners don’t play well with others.

This was illustrated at an Omaha dog park last month, when a stranger’s dog bit a woman. Instead of offering aid to the injured woman, the owner took his dog and fled.
